I can't remove an old slideshow from my page

    I’m new to this and I think the solution may be quite simple but i can’t seem to figure it out.

    So i had this slideshow running on my site with [slideshow “14”] name.

    I deleted the slideshow before removing it from the home page.

    Then i found that the space occupied by that slideshow now comes up with the error
    [Slideshow “14” not found ] when the page loads.

    I have tried going through the plugin settings for that slideshow but no luck.

    I went to the home page visual and text editors but can’t find any link or mention of slideshow “14”

    I really need help here!

    Note : the problem is more visible when the website is accessed through a mobile browser. On desktops it just shows white space instead.

  • What plugin are you using for the slideshow? You may want to contact them via their support forum. Have you tried deactivating the plugin and clearing your cookies/cache to see if that clears the problem?
