I can't reply to senders email

Hi,
When I receive an email from a customer the sender’s address is the my website. That’s fine, I had to use the website email to resolve me not receiving any emails. I have tried to place Reply-to: [your-name] <[your-email]> in the additional headers section but nothing shows up. Is there a way to get the senders email address on the email?
