I can’t restore my site

    I deleted my site and i download a backup file but when i reinstalled wordpress then i upload a file it is not uploading bcz it is not in format it is in txt format, what is this I am so disappointed with this plugin, Updraft now how can i restore my site.

    Hi,

    To confirm, you have already attempted to restore your website and it is not restoring properly? If yes, can you please send us a copy of the restoration?log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file as an attachment or copy the contents into an online tool (such as?https://pastebin.com/ )
