I have disabled mod security in my htaccess file and there is still no change.

Edit: Contacting my hosting provider and asking them to update my mod security rules solved this issue for me.

I re-install it, there was no use.
It’s strange that once I could send email and subscribe in the site. but the day after the error came back. actually there are 2 errors.
one for sending email test and the other one is when someone click subscribe which I put the link here.

Mail poet doesn’t save my newsletter, everytime I have to restart.

This is often a plugin or theme conflict. Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Show Geeky Options?

Sorry, but what do you mean???? Where is “Advanced” once you get into “Settings”????? Have looked everyone and do not see that. Please advise asap. Thank you!!

2. prudhvi2121991, it looks like your theme is causing the issue. You’ll need to get in touch with the theme’s developers.

But again, YOU ARE NOT SAYING EXACTLY HOW TO GET TO “SHOW GEEKY OPTIONS” – THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF THIS FROM THE ORIGINAL INSTRUCTION YOU GAVE ABOVE. Is this kinda being understood or…..?????? Thank you. Wait – there are actually 2 areas for settings on WordPress so others may want to be aware of this. Okay, found it. So it says “debug mode” is OFF – But you did not say which to select to put it “on”. Do I pick: SQL Inquiries, +extra data or +safePHP errors??? Please advise asap. Thank you!
