I can't see all my trackbacks

  • I started another thread recently on trackback etiquette and I am assuming this should be a separate post.

    Does anyone know why the three links on this site /don’t/ all turn up as trackbacks to be approved on my site?

    I see /one/ of these – I see only the /fourth/ link.

    Am I correct in now understanding that the folks that posted this simply decided to send me a pingback on the fourth url link to my blog and that (I guess rather obviously) not all url links send a pingback unless you manually decide to do this?

    I am asking for two reasons the first that I want to make sure I understand why I get pingbacks but also I want to make sure that for me to /send/ a pingback I would have to put the – I guess I would put the URL that I want to ping – in the TRACKBACK section of WP in order to send someone /else/ one of these is that right?
