i can't see the blog unless i login

Have you tried:

– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

– switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?

i don’t ahve any plugin installed.

do you think it can be because of the theme ?

Possibly. The only way to know for sure is to try switching to the Twenty Ten theme.

i login in one tab and can see the site in another tab.

if i logout – i can’t see the site.

i’m so … new, that i don’t have any idea how to approach it.

it’s only the homepage that doesn’t show if you’re not logged in.

i tried an internal page and it shows even if i’m not logged in:

i’ll go through the settings for the homepage.

i solved it

i had the homepage set to static, and had it set to display an internal page, but that internal page was waiting approval, so the homepage couldn’t diaplay it to surfers.

i published the internal page and now everything is fine.
