I cant see the "child" categories on my main menu

Hi there , i did a menu with sections like these:
-Tech
— Desktop
— BuildYourPC
–Laptop
As you see it goes like i click on tech and i see desktop and laptop ,i click desktop and i see buildyourpc.
But when i click tech i can see only the desktop and laptop.Why is that? I dont know any kind of source code, i am using ready plugins. If this is going to be solved , may i ask if possible to make a mouseover and not just click?
When i had pages and not categories on my main menu was mouseover and the menu would rolldown (but had the same problem)
