    I added web font under my server and from web story settings I select that font as a additional font.

    It’s totally Turkish Char Font Set but result is the same again :((

    @adamdunnage

    @onurparlar Thank you for your continued efforts and following my steps. I have copied your Story to a test site of my own and published the Story and have no issues with the characters. See here: https://acdwptesting.co.uk/web-stories/42/.

    This does appear to be related to either your font setup or your hosting provider as you were able to create the Story on the TasteWP site you set up.

    I would advise you continue to work with your hosting provider or a website developer to try and find the cause here as I believe this is not related to an issue with the plugin.

    If you do find the cause please do let us know.

    Hello @adamdunnage ,

    I get response from hosting support: “We would like to let you know that the issue can be caused by the plugin itself. We want to recommend you to contact the ‘Google Web Stories’ plugin support for additional assistance.”

    ??

    @onurparlar As mentioned previously this doesn’t look to be linked to an issue with the Web Stories plugin itself so there is only so much support we can provide here.

    However, I have noticed that your currently running PHP 8.1. Have you tried downgrading your PHP version to 8.0 or 7.4 and making sure that the dom and libxml extensions are up-to-date.

    Please let me know if this makes any noticeable difference in the characters on your Stories.

    wooow! and it’s a big one…

    I just downgrade PHP version to 8.0 and that problem fixed for old web stories but It didnt work on last one…

    It could be cause of the cloudflare cache…

    @adamdunnage thank you so much i didnt expect caused by PHP Version…

    Lets keep that in our mind…

    @onurparlar That’s fantastic to hear glad we could help you with this and thank you for sticking with it. Yes that does sound like caching with the latest story.

    Good luck with all your Stories in the future and please do reach out again if you experience any further issues or have any questions.
