I can’t seem to increase the price of an item

    I am trying to increase the sale price of an item by 20%.

    Currently I have clicked Products > (ticked) item in question > Bulk actions (Edit) >

    and now I’ve tried increasing the price by 20% and I’ve tried putting a 20% sale on (I don’t want a sale) neither have changed the price of the item.

    Does anyone know where I’m going wrong? Thanks in advance. ??

    Hi @kath_eck!

    I’ve performed some cross-testing on my test site and all is working correctly. These are the steps to follow in order to increase the Sale price of a product:

    1) Go to WP Dashboard → Products – select the product → Bulk actions → Edit → Apply
    2) Select “Increase existing sale price by (fixed amount or %)” next to Sale
    3) Enter sale price percentage
    4) Click Update
