    Email Subscribers 5.3.8
    I can’t send broadcast.
    When i select “send broadcast” its open

    Campaigns Gallery items

    nothing more

    this problem persist from beggining of march

    I use this plugin successfuly from 2 years and a im very pleased whit it /free version/

    I use it ider on https://journals.infodent.bg/ but today i check and the plugin’s behavier is the same.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We have checked this issue at our end and the results were positive. Screenshot is attached for a reference.

    We suspect the issue might be due to some JavaScript errors on the Gallery items page. Can you please check is there any JavaScript error being logged in the browser console when you go to the Gallery items page? You can refer to this documentation on how to check for JavaScript errors.

    I am facing the same issue. I disabled every other plugin. There was nothing logged in the console.

    I tried version 5.3.1 and it looks good – https://jmp.sh/tzDZCgH
    Starting with version 5.3.2, this is what it looks like – https://jmp.sh/W00Bzll

    Browser: Brave 1.36.112
    Same results on Firefox as well.
    WordPress 5.9.2

    We have checked this issue with the latest version of the Email Subscribers plugin(5.3.8) and WordPress(5.9.2) but couldn’t replicate it at our end. We have attached a screenshot here for a reference.

    Can let us know which version of WordPress you are using? Also can you please let us know the exact steps you are following to replicate the issue? That might help us to replicate the issue at our end.

    We have released a new version(5.3.9) of the plugin with the fix for this issue. Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and let us know how it goes?

    Thanks for the replies. I am using the latest version of WordPress. I tested this using Local (by Flywheel). I just tested using latest version of your plugin and the issue persists.

    Is there anything that changed between 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 that might cause such an issue?

    Thanks for your response and giving additional information related to the issue.

    We are now able to replicate this issue at our end.

    When creating a new broadcast/post notification through the Email Subscribers –> Campaigns page, it works as expected but when creating through the following steps, the issue occurs.

    1. Navigate to Email Subscribers –> Dashboard.
    2. Click on Create button located at the top right corner.
    3. Click on New Broadcast or New Post Notification.
    On the new broadcast(or post notification) page, this issue occurs.

    Please confirm if you are also following the above steps. Do let us know if the issue is occurring in some other case.

    You are absolutely right. It works when going through Campaigns page. But while attempting to create it using the “Create” button in the Dashboard, the issue can be replicated.
