• When I sent emails from my website to personal emails from gmail, outlook, etc., I have no problem, because the emails arrive without problems, but when I use emails from Google workspace and zoho that have @t4oligo.com and @grupot.xzy as the domain , of which I have in the same web hosting, the emails never arrive unless, for example, I add .test-google-a.com in the Google workspace emails. Are there any wordpress or registry settings that I need to add.

    Thanks for the help.

    Hello @bioinfogrupot,
Are you using an SMTP plugin? Furthermore, there might be some restrictions or policies set by your receiving mail server. Perhaps you need to contact your host for more details, they will be able to look into the logs and see what prevented the message from sending.

Hello @eulerarthur thank for your response.

I contacted godaddy support which is where my domain is located and they told me that it was a wordpress problem, and in the same way I contacted google support and they told me that the problem is wordpress, since yes I can receive emails from other accounts but if they are sent from wordpress they never arrive. So according to godaddy and google supports, the problem comes from the wordpress servers, the strange thing is that this started to happen when I migrated my domains and websites, to a new web hosting account.

On the other hand, I do not have an smtp plugin, before trying I wanted to know if I could solve my problem without adding more plugins to my websites
