    Hello,

When I clic the optimization buton after a few minutes apears an error:
Error parsing the response to JSON

Already followed the steps this steps I found in another post, but the problem continued.

`Can you please try resetting our indexables in the database tables by following the steps below?

    1. Install & activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin
    2. Go to Tools > Yoast Test
    3. Hit the “Reset indexables & migrations” button.
    4. Go to SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “SEO Data Optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your pages.`

Also tried this steps that where in the same post:

`Sorry to hear that this issue still persists. Let’s try once again by deactivating all non-Yoast plugins and switching to the default TwentyTwenty theme in Troubleshooting mode.

We recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

    1. Install and activate the above plugin.
    2. Switch to the Troubleshooting mode where non-Yoast plugins will be deactivated and the default theme TwentyTwenty theme is activated.
    3. Activate the Yoast Test Helper and repeat the same steps as before to rerun the SEO Data Optimization.`

But this time when I clic the yoast test helper, it redirects me to an error message “Critical error in you website…..” and receibed this email:

    Hello Rog,

I am sorry to learn that you could not use the Yoast Test Helper plugin. Can you confirm you are running v1.16?

    Hi,

Just to clarify, you’re still able to access your WordPress dashboard, right? It’s just that you receive that critical error when you try and activate the Yoast Test Helper plugin in troubleshooting mode?

When the SEO data optimization process fails (under the SEO > Tools section), could you click on the drop-down in the red error message for the error and response and see if there is any relevant information? If you could open your browser’s console and check for any JavaScript errors and take a screenshot, this might be helpful.

Could you attach a screenshot here? You can learn more about it here – https://yoast.com/help/we-couldnt-complete-the-optimization-of-your-seo-data/
