    Hi, I have the latest version of “MailChimp for WooCommerce 2.1.7”

    But I’m getting a notice as below, and my START SENDING button has become inactive when I try to start my order notification emails. I’ve re-installed the plugin and the problem still remains.

    MailChimp for WooCommerce 1.0.9 or later is required to support Order Notifications. If you haven’t updated since Feb 3, 2017, please update to the most recent version.
    Before you start this Automation, verify that your store is up to date.

    What should I do?

    Hi @anixu87, we’re happy to help. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – Is your site self-hosted, or is it a wordpress.com business account?
    – If it’s self-hosted, who is your provider?
    – What version of WooCommerce are you running?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – How many products/orders do you have in your store?
    – Have you tried to remove your site from the MailChimp ‘Connected Sites’ area then reinstall?
