I can’t translate a theme

  • Hi,

    I’m using a theme from madrasthemes and I’ve been trying to translate it. I tried manually but also trough plugins i.e. loco translate, polylang etc. but it doesn’t work. The word that I’m renaming in the loco translate and polylang is saved under the new name but it doesn’t change on my website.

    Thank you for answer. However, there is no contact us on their website, so I don’t know how to. Is there a better translator than the ones that I listed above?
