I can’t translate the review reminder email

Yes, it appears to be translated on the page in the link you gave. However, I downloaded the file and sent it to your plugin’s language folder (I also created and sent the .mo file).

When I send a test email from the settings section of your plugin, the words still appear in English. I also sent it to the customer e-mail, but the terms seem not to have been translated.

Even though I translated all the terms in the comment invitation email content, these terms come untranslated in the mail content.

The translations are not approved and in waiting status (yellow). Only when they are green, they are in the file.

I translated and saved the English words I wanted with locotranslate. But what could be the reason why it appears in English again? I cannot send the invitation letter to customers in half English. Pretty amateur.

When I updated the plugin, what I translated also disappeared. I think you need to confirm what is translated in the yellow section. When I examined it, there are over 2000 translated words in the yellow section. It would be great if you confirm these.
