Good morning, I am using the Maintenance plugin and when I deactivate the maintenance mode it continued in maintenance mode. You can see something related to the website, but no link works and a picture of Cooming soon comes out.

I have read that it is necessary to clear the cache, I have done it from my browser, someone else has tried it from their computer and it does not work either.

I have heard something about to clear the wordpress cache but they just recommend some like Fastest Cache, Super Cache and W3 but they are not available in my wordpress. I have the wordpress business plan updated to the latest version.

Can someone help me? I would be very grateful

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Elsa,
I had a look at your site and can definitely say that our Maintenance plugin is not active on it. I see that clicking any link shows the same page but looking at the code I can confirm it’s not our plugin that’s causing it.

If I had to take a wild guess I’d say you have the maintenance mode enabled in Elementor ??

If you have a minute, please leave a review. It’s what keeps support going. Thank you ?? https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/maintenance/reviews/#new-post
