I can’t turn off the under construction mode

    From the plugin settings, it appears to be deactivated, but the home page of the site displays the maintenance page. I’ve cleared the cache and tried with multiple devices. I’ve also tried deactivating and deleting the plugin. The problem persists. What can I do?

    Under Construction page doesn’t make any changes to the website. If the plugin is removed, nothing is left behind. So there must be some extra layer of cache, like a cache service on your server that needs to be cleared ??
