I can't type new post or edit any of my post in text editor

  • The text editor isn’t allowing me to write up any new post. When I type I can’t see anything but when I highlight the space I can see the text. It’s not allowing me to switch tabs between html and visual editor and the toolbar that usually shows up right about the text editing space is missing. I tried disabling all of my plugins and that didn’t help. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible help!

  • Have you tried:

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
