I cant update my site get warning code

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme automatically by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    It keeps putting me into the dynamics theme, and so I see not area to go in and add old….I am not skilled enough to add a new theme whereas I may lose my old, I just want to update my content but it wound let me publish and just comes up with a warning..It happened when I switch to the new updates. Is there anyone that can go into my website and help me I am sure it is an easy fix I just dont know how to do it.
