    I use v. 4.8.2 and ctf7 5.4.

    I need to upload a file. Before updating I got an error 500 when trying to upload a file. After update to 4.8.2 I can upload the file, BUT it is not in my receiving email.

    This all worked before I used your otherwise great plugin ??

    So, – hope you have time to fix this ??

      <div class="row">

          <div class="container">

              <div class="columns full">

                  <p class="info-tip">Enter your full name</p>

              </div>

              </div>
            </div>
          </div>
          <div class="container">
            <div class="row">
              <div class="columns full">
                <div class="field"><label></label>[file file-421]

                </div>
              </div>
            </div>
          </div>
          <div class="container">
            <div class="row">
              <div class="columns full">

                  <p class="info-tip"></p>
                </div>
              </div>
            </div>
          </div>
        </div>
      </div>
    </div>

    When submitting the file (file-421) is not attached to my mail.

    And I have written [file-421] in the attached mail section under email.

    Kind regards

    Godowsky

    BUT it is not in my receiving email.

    if you disable this plugin, does the file appear in your email?

    if you are in a hurry, please downgrade CF7 plugin and use v4.8.1 of this plugin.

    okay, thanks, I’ll try that.

    What version of CF7 works with v4.8.1?

    Plugin Author Aurovrata Venet

    (@aurovrata)

    the one before the latest release 5.4. I think it is 5.3.2, but not sure.

    btw, I checked on my server, and I confirm the bug.

    The latest version of CF7 5.4 is causing quite a lot of plugin extensions to fail due to the way files are not validated and handled, making it much more difficult to implement extended functionality.

    I make a fix on the Smart Grid layout to circumvent the problem, but this has the unintended issue you’re facing.

    a fix will take some time to implement. I will keep this thread open till I have got it fixed.

    In the meantime, please don’t update CF7.

    Thank you for all your work! @aurovrata
    Thanks @kasper1234 for finding the right version of CF7 to use. I will downgrade to CF7 5.2.2 and wait for the fix.
