I can't upload photos to my blog

    I have tried to upload a picture to my blog and I get this message:

    Unable to create directory /home2/kopiaste/public_html/kopiaste-info/wp-content/uploads/2010/09. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    How can I fix this? I have communicated with my host who say that there are no restrictions on their server to prevent me uploading it there.
