Thank you for your report and for taking the time to include the text of the PHP Warning message you are seeing; very helpful.

It would help to know which upload method you are using. It looks like you are using the Media/Add New (Upload New Media) screen for your uploads; is that right? You are not using the Media Manager popup window (Add Media…), right?

If you are using the Upload New Media screen, do you see the “Open Bulk Edit Area” button in the lower-right part of the screen? If so, does it open up the Bulk Edit area when you click it? Are there taxonomies (Att. Categories, etc.) in the left part of that area?

All of this information will help me find the cause of your problem. In the interim, you may be able to avoid it by disabling the Upload Bulk Edit feature:

    1. Go to the Settings/Media Library Assistant General tab
    2. Scroll down to the “Media/Add New Enhancements” section
    3. Uncheck the Enable “bulk edit” area box
    4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save Changes to record your change

That should avoid calling the code that is giving you the Warning message and preventing the upload.

I will leave this topic unresolved until I hear back from you. Any additional information you can provide would be helpful. Thanks for your understanding and assistance.

I have uploaded a new Development Version that contains fixes to avoid the PHP Warning messages during the file upload process. You can find step-by-step instructions for using the Development Version in this earlier topic:

    MLA errors when using plugin

I will leave this topic unresolved until the new code is released in the next MLA version. If you get a chance to try the Development Version, let me know if it corrects your upload problem. Thanks for your interest in the plugin.
