Is WordPress installed at the root of your hosting, or in a /wp/ subdirectory? You indicate that it’s installed in the root directory, but the problem you’re describing would only occur if it’s installed in a /wp/ subdirectory. Can you clarify?

What version of My Tickets do you have installed?

so, I don’t understand how my instalation of wordpress could be on “wp” folder …

Can you provide me with a working and non-working URL for a ticket?

I did a little exploration, since this was pretty weird. It turns out that it’s *not* adding /wp/ that makes the difference – in fact, you can add anything and it’ll work:

What this tells me is that the problem is with your home page – the front page of your site is overriding the custom path. This is probably a conflict with another plugin or with your theme. If you disable your plugins and it still happens, then it’s most likely the theme; you can switch themes temporarily to check that.

    hey

Excuse me for my english, I am not fluent …

But I have the same website on local with the same plugins and theme and it’s works fine, I think the problem is with my hosting or my wordpress installation …

    Anyway, thanks for help
