I Can’t View Conversions

  • I have installed and had running for a number of months now Pixel Caffeine. It is tracking a couple of pages that are key indicators of a submitted lead and a sale.
    However, even though it says it is tracking, I can’t find anywhere in the plug in where I can view the results of these trackings.
    Are they supposed to show in the Activity window? If so, it only allows me to go back 14 days. I would need it to go back further.
    Please help! ??

    Hi,

    sorry for the late response on this!

    Those conversions events are not meant for the analytic purpose, but they are used in order to create focused custom audiences, referring to specific events (eg. who had clicked into newsletter button, who clicked into a specific link, etc…)

    If you want to see some details about the activity for those events, you can see them in Events Manager page of your Ad Account on Facebook.
