I changed nameservers to change from .com to .org and now my blog has gone..

  • Hi there,

    I recently tried to change a wordpress.com blog ive been running over to www.ads-software.com on my hostgator hosting.

    So i changed the default .com nameservers via my wordpress login over a week ago, and now my site has disappeared completely and i cant even access the wordpress admin login.

    I would massively appreciate assistance because there was a lot of postings i made whilst travelling and i would be gutted to lose them.

    The site is https://ashbysworld.com/

    I very much look forward to any and all assistance, guidance and advice.

  • Hey,

    Name servers should be updated in your domain control panel. Your domain ashbysworld.com don’t even have any Name servers at all.

    Attempt to get a DNS server for ashbysworld.com failed: ashbysworld.com does not have any NS records

    Update your NS records in your domain control panel to get it working.

    Hi Aadhaar,

    I hadnt added the domians to my hosting, so hopefully that was the problem. Ive added them now so hopefully they will switch over shortly?
