    i installed the plugin , add the api details, add the webhook url to the shiprocket webhook, but still not getting any tracking details or order change

    please help me out with it ..

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting support.

    As per our telephonic discussion, the problem was because of clone of orders at shiprocket panel due the which the actual orders were not getting shipped, hence no tracking was being updated.

    I hope you were able to solve the problem as per the resolution given on phone.
