I couldn’t log in

  • Hi,

    My webmaster created my blog, https://www.jackzyoung.com/blog/. The default page had a link to go to Admin and my Mac remembered it so each time I entered a new blog, I simply click the Site Admin link. A few days ago, I played around with the presentation without knowing the Site Admin link was gong. Now I can’t log in! Below is an email from WordPress about my user name:

    But I was told it did not exist. At the bottom of my blog, it has a poweredby WordPress link so I know it’s www.ads-software.com, not WordPress.com. In fact I checked with WordPress.com and they said I am not registered with them. So I am totally lost!

    BTW, I just created this account ‘jackyoung’ to 1.test if it existed, and 2 to get support.

    So, there is ANY way to get into my Site Admin so I can continue blogging??? I am desperate for help!! thanks!!!
