I created another login path but not working.

I created “Custom login URL” but not working.
for example.
https://SungW.net/anotherLogin/
But https://SungW.net/wp-admin/ is still working even on IP which is not whitelisted.
When I used the “hide my site” plugin, I haven’t this problem.
Why?
