I deleted a php file

    I’m new to this and somehow I deleted my main template index.php file.

    Can someone tell me how to retrieve it? Thanks,

  • Download the theme files again? If it’s a paid theme, write to the designer and ask – they should be able to replace it, I would think.

    You can’t “retrieve” a deleted file. However – assuming you unarchived your theme to your system hard drive as you were supposed to do … all you have to do is upload the copy on your drive the same way you uploaded the entire theme previously.
