I deleted my admin, need a new one…

    I deleted my only WordPress account, my admin via a stupid mistake I made at a PHPBB2 mod

    Is there anyway to make a new admin account? I don’t mind touching them databases if anyone is willing to walk me through it… The only reason I’m not simply removing the whole thing and working on it from the ground up is because I’ve already worked quite a lot on the plugins and themes of my site. Thanks for any help in advance, cheers.

    I decided to redo the whole thing from scratch, thanks to anyone who attempted to help > <

    deleted my database and when I try to open the site.I get a message that it cant open the database
