I had my website working perfectly. I was using elementor for all my pages and everything was perfect. I tried to add another wordpress data base in a subfolder of my website so I can do a little custom website for my girlfriend.

For that, I added the necessary files for the wordpress installation in the subfolder. Then I renamed the wp-config-sample file to wp-config. Then I went to modify this config file, but by navigating I accidentally modified the config file of my main website.

I tried to fix it and somehow I manage to get to the wordpress installation page wich was weird. But I connected and it installed wordpress on my main website erasing everything I had done.

That’s terrible. I don’t know how to get my website back.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I see that I still have some of my pages there, but can’t manage to access them.

You will always need a backup to restore. If you have not created your own, you can only ask your hoster’s support if they have one.

Thank you so much ! I manage to get it back because my hoster WHC had a backup. You’re a life saver @threadi !
