I did something to a plug-in and my blog is inaccesible now

I use Yahoo web hosting. This is my first blog. I was trying to add the jetpack plug-in and it wasn’t working. I googled for an answer and found a conflict with a cache plug-in so I deleted that plug-in. BAM….I lost access to my site. Now when I try to access the word press editor I get this
W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /blog/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
The site is still live from a browser but I cannot get into it!
