Hi @mondosol,
Thanks for reaching out. The errors you described have different causes. Let’s first of all determine ensure you can successfully set up Site Kit and connect the Analytics module, based on the “Site Kit can’t access the relevant data from Analytics because I haven’t granted all permissions requested during setup” error you encountered. In order to do so, can you try to connect the module once more.
When attempting set up please ensure that all boxes on the OAuth permissions screen were checked. I asked as sometimes, by default, not all boxes are checked, in particular the boxes highlighted below:
Let me know how you get on after attempting this set up once more. If you still encounter any errors please share your Site Health information and at what stage you encounter any such error.
Hi @mondosol,
We’ve received a Site Health information response referencing this support topic. Based on the above it sounds like you’re still encountering errors. Can you first of all confirm that you did ticket all the boxes as per the screenshot above during setup? If so, let me know the error you encounter, and the URL you land back on.
Note also I checked your Site Health information and I don’t see anything obvious that may be causing this. From checking your site I do see an additional query parameter, although I don’t suspect this to be impacting setup.
Rather than sharing details of the experience you’re encountering, feel free to share a recording using a service such as Loom or RecordIt. We can then see at what point your set up fails. You can use the same form previously used to share this privately if preferred.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to?open a new support topic?if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
I want to reopen this ticket as the problem persist.
I have ticked all boxes with my main account [email protected] as well as the other [email protected].
On my main account [email protected] I do not have access to adsense and so I had to open the new account [email protected].

I have deactivated Autoptimize and any other optimization plugins, including Page Optimize. This will make sure that any optimization of code doesn’t get in the way of your task.
I have done a video as requested that you find attached.
I still do not manage to see at Google Site Kit, all the information.
Infact I need to complete a setup for Google Analytics.
I have deactivated Autoptimize and Page Optimize.
I do not find any other optimization plugins.
I have created a separate WP Admin password.
I have Uncheck?the Allow users to log in to this?site?using WordPress.com accounts.

We were recently chatting about setting up Google Site Kit correctly and I can confirm that I have not found any system faults here on our end regarding plugin conflicts.
I was able to test with the?Edwiser Bridge Single Sign On?plugin deactivated (which prevents some core WordPress admin pages from loading for us).
I have since reactivated it for you.?I’m not familiar with this plugin so cannot recommend deactivating it but typically, with an LMS, you can deactivate our built-in SSO without the need for a plugin. This might be unrelated to your issue with Google Site Kit, however.?
Providing specific support for setting up Google accounts is outside of scope for our support but I can see you have installed the plugin correctly, although there are some redundant settings on your site:
- You have a Google Analytics property setup here:?https://wordpress.com/marketing/traffic/mondosol.com. This is not necessary if you are using Analytics through Google Site Kit.
- You should use one or the other, not both.?The Google products that require your attention in Google Site Kit need you to manage your Google account, which we do not have access to.?
You will need to check your Google account for the correct configuration and consult the www.ads-software.com forums and/or Google support for further assistance as we do not have access to your Google account.
Ok so what am I doing with Site Kit?
I do not manage to instal Google Analytics and Google Adsense.
Hello @mondosol thank you for sharing all the above information. The video you have shared is very helpful.
The error which you’re encountering at the end of the video is a Google Analytics API quota limit, which can occur if you’ve been making a number of configuration changes or creating Analytics accounts or properties within Site Kit within an hour.
As the limits refresh every hour please allow this amount of time to pass before trying once more. I suspect you will be able to proceed with any changes after a short wait. Please wait another hour and try once more. If you then see a different error or continue to have issues then please let me know here and I will be happy to continue to troubleshoot this with you.
Many thanks for your answer and here is another trial
@mondosol Thank you for sharing the video that is very helpful once more. Could I please check with you if you have tried to perform a Site Kit reset at any stage?
Could I please ask you to try this and set up the Site Kit plugin once more to see if you encounter the same loading issue within the Analytics module. Feel free to record this and share once more.
