    Hi,
the number of persons with the same problem increases – so the plugin might have a problem here.

    1. What’s your browser, browserversion and operation system? (have a look at https://supportdetails.com/)
    2. What theme do you use?
    3. What plugins do you use?
    4. If you use the latest version 0.10.7 – please visit the crop-thumbnail settings and click on “do plugin quick test” – you should get 7 success messages
    5. Where did you open the dialog-window – from media-dialog or from the editor?
    6. It would be great if you can provide a screeshot.

First, thanks for answering so quickly.

    1. I tested in the last version of browsers. Both Mac and Windows.
    2. The theme is made for me. The problem is that if I run it on MAMP locally plugin works well but in the server fails.
    3. All-in-One WP Migration, WordPress Creation Kit Pro, WP Google Maps.
    4. All the steps works fine.
    5. both cases.

Any idea what it could be?

    hi there,
if all themes and plugins was running when you test locally, then it has to be some problem with your server. Also, its no browser related bug.

    1. What PHP Version do you running on the server (wordpress currently recommend to run on PHP 5.6 – but should be working at least down to PHP 5.3)
    2. Please go to “settings>crop-thumbnails” and activate “JS-Debug” and “Data-debug” – then open the crop-thumbnail editor again, click on “show debug”, paste the output here (you do not need to crop – the data will only show the settings that have been used)
    3. (optional) If you are familiar with the HTML inspector of your browser you may check if the image in the crop-thumbnails-editor is not displayed or only real tiny.

    4. Did you test cropping on migrated images (with the migration plugin)? Or did you upload them directly on the server (via WordPress)?
