I forgot to mention that of course I checked all the permissions and I cannot find a single difference between a set seen in the list and a set not in the list.

“Permission problem” was also my first thought.

I have 11000+ photos in 158 sets and can’t reproduce the problem right now.
I had the problem before and it turns out to be a permission and caching problem.

Double check the permission of the photos in a set that is not shown and “Delete Cached Galleries”.

Sorry, there is currently no debug mode that might help further at the admin panel. Will consider to add a debug mode for upcoming versions.
Thanks for your feedback + good luck and let me know if you could solve the problem.

    Hi Lars,

    Thanks for the answer.
I have 20,000+ photos in 800+ sets. I’m wondering if I reached a limit of the Flickr API…
I checked the permissions already and also tried to delete cached galleries without success.
