I don′t get the "style bar" on the description box.

Hi,

I have installed this plugin and I have followed the instructions, but I don′t know why I can′t see the “style bar” in the description box, on the description section. I mean the part where you can choose between bold style, italic style, etc. I don′t see that bar anywhere.
