I dont have access to ads

    Hello team,

    I am the admin of my website and when trying to create an ad I get a message that says

    “You don’t have access to ads. Please deactivate and re-enable Advanced Ads again to fix this. Sorry, you are not allowed to create posts as this user.”

    Well as the admin this is a peculiar message. I tried deactivating, deleting, and then reactivating. I even tried logging out of wordpress and logging back in. I can’t think of any reason I am unable to create ads. There is one other admin on my site but that seems like a strange reason for it not to work.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I agree that not giving an admin full access would be kind of odd ??
    The problem you are reporting happens sometimes when there are some customizations made with capabilities on the site.

    I wrote about this in this section of the manual. I wrote this tutorial last time I worked with a user on this and am curious to see if this helps you as well so please keep me posted.
