  • Could you tell me which version of Divi theme you are using ? As I have just tested it with Divi version 3.17.4 and its working just fine without any issues . Please see this

    So, need to be sure if you are using / doing the same?
    Also, it could be a plugin conflict of some sort? Did you tried disabling all extra plugins except for our plugin and see if that works? If so then re-enable them again to catch the culprit.
