    Well, I installed it, set it to automatically update new uploads. Went to media to choose a file to update, found the button, but it did not work! Nothing happened. So I went to check the settings, and then I got a message that I’ve run out of credit, and 25 images had been updated! So I’m now trying to find out what’s happened. I see there’s a log of changes, but rather than saying any images have been updated, I see 25 rejections, then a notice that I’ve run out of credit. Therefore, what’s going on? I didn’t upload an image, so it should not have done anything. Got to say, it does not really look good in terms of user experience. Were any images changed? Which ones?

    @venutius – Did you do a bulk update or use the credits previously? You can login to your account on our website and look at your image library to see what has been processed. Send us an email at [email protected] so we can help you out!

    Ah, cool, I did not think to look in the account page, I can see them now. I didn’t press bulk change though, just the one change – to update new images automatically.
