Torre Lasley at Pimwick, LLC Support responds faster than any other support I have ever used. Fast to respond and quick with the solution or fix. Basically within minutes. I highly recommend the PW bulk edit. I am mad at myself for not buying it earlier. I could have hours of my life back. Great product. Great service. On top of that, you can tell they really have put a lot of work into the plugin and have a lot of themselves invested into making it a great product. Rare these days.
