I don’t receive mails froms orders anymore

    Hi,

    We just change our server provider and we do not receive our mails (for example from new orders) anymore.

    I think this can be part of the problem:

    Hi @olikanagold77,

    It sounds like an SMTP settings related issue. You may consider installing a plugin such as WP Mail Logging to troubleshoot further. This will allow you to access all outgoing email logs from your site. If you observe that mail is being sent, it’s worth inspecting your SMTP settings.

    Equally important is to check your spam folders. Sometimes, emails mistakenly marked as spam end up there.

    Sir,

    Thank you so much, I could configure the SMTP settings (I had to change brevo and put the smtp of my provider, at least for now). Now I receive the mails from wordpress but I still have the problem with jetpack that I did not mention. Every hour I get an email saying that my website is offline and then is back online but that’s not true. I though the smtp would solve the problem but it did not. Someone told me that I could be a validation DKIM and SPF that I did not do but I have no idea how to do that.

    Those records are in my DNS settings and they seem well.

    I’m glad to hear you can now receive emails from WordPress.

    ave the problem with jetpack that I did not mention. Every hour I get an email saying that my website is offline and then is back online but that’s not true.

    Could you try disabling Jetpack then re-activating it to see if the reconnection would be able to fix any issues and false positives?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    To clarify, you’re currently using an SMTP plugin, and you’re able to get emails from WordPress, just not from WooCommerce, correct?

    Can you send us a screenshot from your WooCommerce > Settings > Emails page, please?

    Are no emails from WooCommerce being sent at all, or only specific email types? Have you checked that these emails have not landed in the spam folder?

    As suggested before, can you try installing the?WP Mail Logging plugin, please? This will log all outgoing emails so you can see what is being sent. Once installed:

    • Generate a test order
    • Go to your admin dashboard > WP Mail Log
    • Check that your test order generated an email, and if there are any sending errors reported

    In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Thank you so much for your answer and your help. I’m always surprise that people are so nice on support blogs!

    I used the SMTP plugin and nom I can receive mails from wordpress and woocomerce and send them vio BREVO (sendinblue). Everything seem fine.

    But I still have jetpack saying that my website is offline each 2-3 hours. Is very annoying and I don’t want to unistall jetpack because I need it. Well, I unistalled it to see if it would solve the problem but it did not.

    In error logs I have only one error that was about my paiement provider so nothing to do.

    I think my DKIM and SPF is properly done.

    Error.log in my FTP: I have this line like 100 times a day. I thing is the jetpack verification but I’m not sure:

    This PHP error is related to the Roundcube (cpanelvcfimport) that’s failing to load. This might be causing some issues with your email notifications and potentially with Jetpack’s site monitoring feature.

    I still have jetpack saying that my website is offline each 2-3 hours. Is very annoying and I don’t want to unistall jetpack because I need it. Well, I unistalled it to see if it would solve the problem but it did not.

    It’s possible that the site monitoring feature is encountering some intermittent connectivity issues which could be causing the false offline notifications.

    Jetpack Monitor checks your site every five minutes to see if it’s accessible. The site appears to be loading now.

    My hosting provider solved the problem with roundcube. But I still have jetpack saying that my website is offline/online and I don’t know what to do next I’m lost haha.
