  • I just tested the link you posted and I received the email instantly. So I’m assuming the issue is not related to the button on your website. Did you check all of the folders in your Inbox? It is possible the email maybe going to Spam/Junk folders.

    I just realised that the ‘From’ field requires an email address for it to work. I just put a name in there.

    There is nothing that indicates that you have to put an email address in the From field, it is easily mistaken for a block where you put your name in to show who the email came from. Even if you just put in a name and not an email address, it gives a success message when you send it, but the email never gets sent. It is very misleading.

    You should be receiving a warning message if there is no email address in the From field. I just tested out how to be sure and look at the screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/itPDPgo.png

    In your instance, can you check again to make sure that the tool says email successfully sent even when there is no valid email address in the from field?
