I don’t receive the files

    I’m using Caldera form plugin, and I have a problem: I put the option “upload file” and I don’t receive the file when someone complet the form. Could you help me?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Caldera Forms, we’re glad you’re a part of our community.

    We’ve seen this happen before where the file uploader field settings prevent the file from being received. Did you didn’t check “Upload To Media Library”? If so, the file will not save to your server.
