I don’t see a form for adding comments in the episodes sections of my site

I have a TV show and its episodes sections on the site.

The form of comments on the TV show is usually visible, but in the default form there is no checkbox for the episodes.

Is there any way to add it manually? It is still not visible with the shortcode and codes added to function.php.
