I don't see any authors?

Sorry you are having troubles. Please send an example link to a post. And the System info from our Help page in our plugin.

You add authors to the WordPress install just like any other user. Then when someone lands on a post that the “author” is attached to – It should record in a hit count for that author. Now just a note. We have the system set up to where if you are logged in as an “author” or admin it will NOT track/count as a hit (This way authors cannot cheat their own stats as you are most likely paying them per a set amount of views.)

Now that you know this – an author will automatically show up in the stats area as soon as least 1 hit is recorded for that author. We did it this way to keep it showing authors that only have stats for time frame selected.

One thing we have noticed is that if you are using any type of javascript condensing plugin sometimes the plugin will not work.

I looked at the code on your page and I don’t see any of our scripts, is the plugin active right now?
