I don't see any new settings?

I remember using this a month ago and it worked great, but I removed it.

I installed it again, and it doesn’t seem to change Gravity Forms at all. Example: I don’t see the Media Uploader integration, the CSS toggle for the Buzzfeed-style that was there previously.

I don’t know if it’s something wrong with my WP, version incompatibility, or I’m missing something silly?
