I don’t see shipping rates on my webshop by the Netherlands

Hi,

As shipping and selling countries I have selected the Netherlands and Belgium. If i choose the netherlands, it says ‘shipping will be calculated after you fill in your adress’, After i do that and I am going further to checkout, it says it can’t ship. But if I do it with Belgium it gives me direct the shipping costs. Settings for both countriesin wordpress are the same.
