I don't see subscription

Hello,
I have installed your plugin in order to allow subsription just to the blog category on the website.
I have read on your site that you say: “Change your permalink structure to fancy permalink (eg. https://www.yourdomain.com/title-of-your-post instead of https://www.yourdomain.com/?p=12)”
But I don’t understand it.
I am not placing the shortcode in the Category description of the Blog category. How do I make the feed to it fancy URL? It is not A POST, it is a category.
I have set it up in the settings to: https://www.eranoot.com/?feed=rss2&cat=3
But when I click on the link, it just sends me to the feed. There is no “subsription” at all.
What am I doing wrong?
