    Hello nojuack,
    looking at the screenshot provided, I’m guessing that instead of uploading a new image, you selected an image that was already in your library prior to the installation of HD Quiz? Unfortunately, this is a limitation of WordPress.

    Please re-upload the desired images so that WordPress can resize them to the new custom sizes.
