I don’t think this plugin works

Does this work on multilanguage sites too?
I saw in the code that there are conditions that contain english error messages. And i installed it on a spanish multisite where it did nothing. When i tried to register a user that already existed on another subsite, it didn’t do anything.
Also, is this compatible with php 7.4? every time i install it into a new site with that version, i get 500 server error.
